Congratulations on choosing Scotland as your next destination. Let Itinerary Scotland help bring the inspiration for you to have a fantastic holiday.
What is it that sets Itinerary Scotland apart when it comes to holidays and travel? Its simple, real life experience. I was born and raised in the Highlands of Scotland and, as an adult made the decision to emigrate to Canada. While living in Scotland I spent many years seeking out unique and interesting places, and now I want to pass this knowledge on to others.
My interest in history, geography, music & culture, combined with my own travel experience and the desire to guide people beyond the generic tourist locations gives me confidence that I can get you to places that will leave a lasting impression.
The aim of Itinerary Scotland is to tailor a Scottish holiday/travel plan to best suit your needs. Whether its places to go or things to see & do, let Itinerary Scotland, with your help, put together one easy package with all the information you need to get the best out of your time and travels in Scotland.
What is it that interests you? Why Scotland? How long is your stay?
Castles? Whisky? Hiking? History? There is so much to see and do! It can be incredibly intimidating, frustrating and exhausting trying to source the information and figure out how to squeeze in as much in as you can in a short space of time. Let me take the pain out of planning and come up with ideas that are suited to your personal interests and customized to fit your travel plans and timeframe.
How do I do this? During our first consultation we will discuss your travel plans and take into account any special requests and areas of interest, I will ask numerous questions to gather the information I need to create a uniquely tailored itinerary just for you.
Each itinerary will have information on destinations including distance and travel times, places to stay or eat, and of course things, to do or see!
Some days may only be one attraction or activity, other days may be jam packed with multiple activities and adventures which may include extra travelling or overnight stops.
Your package will include recommendations for services including travel agents to help you with bookings, transport options, accommodations and local interests. I will use my knowledge and personal contacts to find the most up to date information available so you don't have to spend hours of your time researching.
Each Itinerary will be in arranged in an easy to follow calendar format and will have a separate daily guide with all the required information for that day. Each day will be explained accordingly so there is no confusion. My goal is to create an itinerary that flows with your travel plans.
The great thing about this is that you are in full control. If you feel like swapping something on your itinerary to a different day or just not partaking, that is absolutely fine.
Itinerary Scotland provides and charges you for the information you need to enhance your trip. How you make use of this information is completely at your discretion.
Be advised that it is up to the individual to book and make payment for accommodation, travel, meals, tours and activities and any associated costs.
Whether you want an itinerary for one day, one week, solo traveller, a couple, family or group, I am positive that I can create an interesting and unique experience for you.
